What separates me from other photographers?

Honestly... I'm not perfect, polished, or even overly "professional" -- and that's kind of the point. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a little awkward at the start of a session. Small talk isn't my strong suit. But give it a few minutes, and I promise you it'll feel like we have known each other for years.

Do I always know what to do with your hands? Absolutely not.

Do poses magically pop into my head?

Also no.

There's a very good chance that I'll be pulling up Pinterest mid-session and saying "okay wait...this one", and saying ONE more that turns into 15.

I love all types of sessions, but kiddos will always have my heart. I have 3 of my own, so I truly understand how fast they grow and how important it is to freeze those moments -- the messy, loud, silly, sweet stages that pass too quickly.

I want to feel like a new found friend. Someone you're comfortable with. Someone who's cheering you & your kids on, making dumb noises, repeating "perfect...so cute...ugh I love this one", and yes.. probably letting a swear word slip here and there, and apologizing after.
